Editorial Standards

Their words, not ours. When we write about what a doctor says, we quote them directly and link to where they said it. We never put words in anyone’s mouth, and we don’t imply that they endorse a product.

Sources on every page. Facts and statistics link to the study, report, or listing they came from. If we can’t source it, we don’t publish it.

Honest labels. We call a brand “certified” only when a certifier like NSF or USP lists it. Other brands are labeled for what they actually offer, such as published lab reports or a standardized branded ingredient.

Kept apart from sales. Articles about doctors’ views never carry buy buttons. Product listings use plain, label-style descriptions.

Kept current. Every page shows the date it was last updated. Certifications and products change, so we recheck them regularly.

Corrections. If you spot an error, tell us and we’ll fix it and update the date.

Not medical advice. Everything here is for education. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you take medication.
